Services Provided

Elan Consulting LLC offers professional consulting services including executive coaching, organizational development, change management, and public speaking support. All services are governed by separate client agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely, accurate information and engage in services in good faith. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Use of the Site

Users agree to use the Site lawfully and are responsible for all activity conducted through their access.

Payment Terms

Payments are due within 15 days of invoice unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest and may result in service suspension.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during service engagements, unless required by law to disclose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the applicable services.
